New clients please read instructions below before going to SignUpGenius.
To lessen client’s wait times and congestion in the Sudbury Food Pantry’s parking lot, the Pantry will require clients to sign up for a day and time to pick up food, starting June 7, 2023. Pantry hours on Tuesdays and Fridays, 12:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m., will be the same, with sign-up times every 15 minutes during those hours.
Existing Clients:
To sign up for food pickup, please visit our scheduling page by clicking here. This will take you to an application called SignUpGenius, where you will choose an available day and time for you to pick up food. You do not need to have a SignUpGenius account to use this application. Instructions for using SignUpGenius are included on the top of the SignUpGenius page. You need to complete all required information on SignUpGenius to sign up for a time slot.
Note that each sign up is for only 1 client (1 Sudbury Food Pantry ID #). If you wish to carpool with another client, that client must be signed up for that same 15 minute time slot.
Bring a completed Shopping List with you when you arrive to pick up food. These forms will be given out each time a client visits and are also available through the link below and a link on the SignUpGenius scheduling page. If using the links, you will need to print out the form and complete it before arriving at the pantry.
New Clients:
New clients (who do not yet have a Sudbury Food Pantry ID #) should print out and complete a Registration form and a Shopping List and bring them to the pantry on Wednesday or Friday at 2:15 p.m., where they will be given a Pantry ID #. Once a client has a Pantry ID #, they will schedule future visits using SignUpGenius.
